Wavelength & Chip Quantity:
- LEDs emit a diverse range of vibrant visible colors and invisible infrared light and can be fully customized to meet specific wavelengths.
- A combination of various wavelengths can be integrated into a single diode, such as 2-in-1, 3-in-1, or 4-in-1 configurations, to facilitate the development of your customized device. This multi-chip diode design enables more uniform and consistent photon energy distribution from each LED, particularly when the LED spacing is relatively larger.
Lens Degree:
All chips were sealed with a protective dome by the original LED manufacturer. The primary optic degree is too broad and weak for our therapy purpose, so we use secondary lenses to cover each LED. This not only helps protect them but also allows us to collect and control the light to propagate in our desired directions. The lens degree options range from 15° to 120° normally, with smaller degrees resulting in more focused light and stronger photon energy, albeit at the expense of coverage area.
